Let's talk about sensitive issues for a minute. We understand that unexpected events can occasionally happen and make you cancel your appointment, flight delays, sick child, late meetings, crazy deadlines... In order to be fair to all our clients, please read our cancellation, delay and no shows policy carefully so nobody gets mad and frustrated.
– Please be there 10 minutes prior to the workshop. If you happen to be late, we will have to reduce the time of the workshop accordingly in order to respect our (and everybody else's) schedule.
– Please respect a 24-hour advance notice when canceling or moving a workshop. Canceling within the 24 hours before your appointment will result in you being charged the full price of the workshop.
– Anyone who does not show up for whatever reason will be charged the full price of the workshop, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
