Let's talk about sensitive issues for a minute. We understand that unexpected events can occasionally happen and make you cancel your appointment, flight delays, sick child, late meetings, crazy deadlines... In order to be fair to all our clients, please read our cancellation, delay and no shows policy carefully so nobody gets mad and frustrated.

– Please try to be there 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you happen to be late, we will have to reduce the time of your treatment accordingly in order to respect our (and everybody else's) schedule. 

– Please respect a 24-hour advance notice when canceling or moving an appointment. If you are not able to respect this 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee and must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.

– Anyone who does not show up to their appointment for whatever reason will be charged for their missed appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
