Part 1 : Masterclass - Selfcare 101

I am happy to launch in real life my first beauty conversation on Selfcare. During one hour, I will give you concrete keys to make yourself a priority again and incorporate selfcare in your daily life. This talk will be held in French. English version will follow later.

Part 2 : Practice Together

Following the talk, we will practice together with the help of the highly sensorial de Mamiel products in order to reconnect to both our skin and mind.

Part 3 : Eat Together

My friend Emmanuelle, a chef like no other, inspired by nature, medicinal herbs and the elements will prepare a healthy and delicious vegetal and gluten-free meal, in a splendid vintage tableware setting made by my other dear friend Valentine.
